However, the purpose of this is to protect the user by keeping companies accountable and to protect the company in case someone wants to try to exploit the owner of the website. We are a small business just trying to do our due diligence to be legally covered by posting this information. We also want our clients to know that we care about the details and we want them to be fully informed.

However, we don't share the info you provided to us with anyone outside our company unless absolutely necessary to meet your needs. We also are protective of your info within our company. Only those who need your info to accomplish your requests will have it. In addition to contacting you about your service requests, we may occasionally send you info about Mr. Fix-It. For example, we may send you an email containing maintenance tips for homeowners or info on how to get a discount. However, we will intentionally limit that and you can opt-out at anytime because we don't like spam.

However, due to a small percent of people, we must state that there are some terms to using our site, so we can make sure things are fair. Some of the terms include things like not misusing the information on the site, not hacking our site, submitting only relevant content, and more.
