WHO IS THE LITTLE CHARACTER GUY YOU HAVE WITH YOUR LOGO?

Glad you asked! He's "Mr. Fix-It", our company mascot and a friendly face to take care of any handyman needs! Also, he is actually a caricature of our owner, Jim Witmyer.

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER GENERAL CONTRACTORS?

We care about you, the client. And we believe the best way to do that is not to be the typical general contractor who sub-contracts out all the work. We have our own in-house team of technicians who complete your project. For all the details, check out our blog post, "We're Different, But How?

WHY DO YOU HAVE EMPLOYEES DO THE WORK INSTEAD OF SUBCONTRACTING?

Well, this is one of the things that makes us different and we have 3 reasons for operating this way:
1. First of all, this allows us to control the schedule and we don't have to depend on the subcontractors' schedules.
2. Also, with our own technicians, we are able to control the quality of work. We don't want to promise good quality work when we are dependent on subcontractors that we cannot make follow our quality policies.
3. Most importantly, we know exactly who is on your property. We have background checks performed on all of our employees and we have almost a daily relationship with them for character assessment. We only want trusted individuals handling your project from out on the field to in the office.
This is just a summary of the answer, for all the details, check out our blog post, "We're Different, But How?

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

Every project is different and we would need to setup a quote to give you an accurate price. However, you can find our basic pricing here: Pricing

WHO DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES TO?

We provide services to both residential and commercial clients. This includes homeowners, businesses, and property managers (landlords, real estate professionals, & property maintenance groups). More info: Clients

HOW CAN I READ OR WRITE A GOOD (OR BAD) REVIEW OF YOUR COMPANY?

We have reviews on many different platforms so you can choose your preference (ie. Angie's List, Yelp, ProReferral, Facebook, etc). We welcome anyone to read or write a review. We even are okay with bad reviews....they help us improve where we are lacking. We see reviews as our report card. However, before writing a bad review, please contact us directly to give us an opportunity to address the issue. Our goal is your satisfaction with our work. For more info: Reviews
